Exeter Drone Surveys provides commercial drone survey services including roof inspections, leak detection, and aerial photography across Exeter and Devon.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Surveys are subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe for drone operations. Rescheduled surveys incur no additional charge.

3. Reports

Survey reports are provided for informational purposes. While we take every care to provide accurate assessments, our reports do not constitute structural engineering advice. We recommend consulting a qualified professional for any structural concerns identified.

4. Liability

We carry public liability insurance for all drone operations. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All imagery and reports produced during your survey are provided for your use. Copyright remains with Exeter Drone Surveys unless otherwise agreed in writing.
