Home Drone Surveys - Exeter Drone Surveys

Home Drone Surveysin Exeter & Devon

Affordable drone roof surveys for homeowners across Devon. See your roof in 100MP detail without scaffolding.

As a homeowner, your roof is the most critical part of your property — and the hardest to inspect. You might notice a damp patch on the ceiling or a slate in the garden after a storm, but you can't see the full picture from the ground. Our home drone surveys give you a complete 100MP aerial inspection of your entire roof, identifying issues early before they become expensive repairs. No scaffolding, no ladders, no disruption — just clear, detailed imagery of exactly what's going on up there.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our home drone surveys service.

How much does a home drone survey cost?
Every property is different, so we provide personalised quotes based on the size and type of your roof. Get in touch with your address and we'll send you a quote — there's no obligation.
Is a drone survey suitable for my house?
Drone surveys work on virtually all residential properties — detached, semi-detached, terraced, bungalows, and period homes. The only limitation is airspace restrictions, which we check before booking. Most Devon properties are fine to survey.
What if you find something wrong with my roof?
Our report clearly explains any issues found, with severity ratings and recommended actions. We don't carry out repairs ourselves, so our advice is completely independent and unbiased — we've got no incentive to exaggerate.
Can you survey my neighbour's roof too?
If you're in a semi-detached or terraced property, our survey naturally captures imagery of shared roof sections. For a neighbour's separate property, we'd need their permission to survey it directly.
Do I need to tell my neighbours about the drone?
We always recommend letting immediate neighbours know out of courtesy. Our drone operates well above fence height and we never film gardens, windows, or private areas — we're focused entirely on roofs.
